The Hauntings of Sarah Caine Signed Hardcover Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Hauntings of Sarah Caine Signed Hardcover Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins September 1, 2026 and ends September 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the official giveaway entry form at kdmcintyreauthor.com during the giveaway period.

Limit one entry per person.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Subscribing to the K.D. McIntyre newsletter is optional and is not required to enter or win.

4. Prize

One winner will receive one signed hardcover copy of The Hauntings of Sarah Caine by K.D. McIntyre.

The prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred or substituted by the winner. K.D. McIntyre reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form on or about September 9, 2026.

The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification email. If the winner does not respond within that period, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, another winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The winner will be asked to provide a valid U.S. mailing address after being selected so the prize can be shipped. Mailing addresses are not required to enter the giveaway.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Privacy

Information submitted through the giveaway entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.

Entrants may separately choose to subscribe to the K.D. McIntyre newsletter. Newsletter subscription is optional and is not required to enter or win. Subscribers may unsubscribe from future emails at any time.

K.D. McIntyre reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted more than once, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

K.D. McIntyre also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent the giveaway from being conducted as intended.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and accept the decisions of K.D. McIntyre regarding the administration of the giveaway as final.
